IKOS COSTRUZIONI S.R.L. originates from an initiative by a group of established Venetian construction companies specializing in the restoration and renovation of historic buildings.

These three companies have combined their resources, skills and expertise to create a high-quality innovative concept designed for the maximum satisfaction and well-being of the home-buyer.
In designing this development we have decided on a direct, hands-on level of involvement, drawing on our own resources and expertise in the construction of such a unique site. We have chosen this approach because we are deeply committed to this project.
We believe in the validity of a quality project, we believe in the use of high-value smart-technology systems to respect the environment, and we believe in using eco-friendly materials for the well-being of those who will live in these apartments.
We also believe that this project will serve our city, to show that, as well as having a history, Venice now also has a future.

The architectural project and design was executed by the Architectural Studio of MASSIMO GIN
