Ecological Building and Architecture in Venice

The apartments are equipped with energy yields lower than 50%, as compared to FAEP established by law and we chose to certify those made by CasaClima, the most famous and prestigious agency of the Department of Urban Planning, Environment and Energy in the Province of Bolzano.

The certification that we can reach is that of "Class B", which means, having an energy value less than or equal to 50 kWh/m2 annum (comparable to the capacity of 5 liters of diesel a year, to heat efficiently a surface area of 1 m2)

At present, the houses in Venice fall into "Class E" or "Class F".
